Over the last few years, she has been consulting exclusively in Diversity and Inclusion, thus building a specialization in designing and delivering sensitization workshops and other interventions which deal with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace (P.O.S.H) diversity and Inclusion, and Gender Competence. Her work in the area of D&I spans a variety of organizations and categories of employees. A trained and experienced investigator in the reports relating to ethics and sexual harassment in the workplace, Vandana Sinha is also equipped to provide guidelines on matters relating to the formation and functioning of the Internal Complaint Committee.
