Himanshu’s urgent and prolonged treatment — including chemotherapy, blood transfusions, specialized oncology care, and hospital stays — was Rs. 8,00,000.00. With no financial backup and mounting medical expenses, the family was in dire need of help to secure Himanshu’s life-saving care.
When Himanshu’s family reached out to Saviour Foundation, our Medical Support Program team promptly took up his case. Recognizing the critical nature of his condition and the urgent need for funds, we immediately launched an emergency fundraising appeal, sharing Himanshu’s story through our network of compassionate donors, well-wishers, and CSR supporters.
In a short span, we successfully mobilized the required funds for his ongoing treatment at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi. Alongside financial assistance, our team coordinated with the hospital to ensure timely, high-quality care for Himanshu. We also stood by the family, offering them moral and emotional support, reassuring them they were not alone in this fight.
Today, because of collective compassion, kindness, and timely intervention, Himanshu is bravely undergoing treatment and showing encouraging signs of recovery. His resilience and determination, combined with the care provided by the medical team and the support of our community, have given him a renewed chance at life.
